We are seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented individual to join us as a Secretary. This entrylevel position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reception:
    • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
    • Answer and screen phone calls in a professional manner.
  2. Administrative Support:
    • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
    • Prepare and distribute correspondence memos and reports.
    • Maintain office files and records.
  3. Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues clients and external contacts.
    • Relay messages and information accurately and promptly.
  4. Organization:
    • Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
    • Keep the office area clean and organized.
  5. Data Entry:
    • Enter and update information in databases or spreadsheets.


Requirements



  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Previous office experience is preferred but not required.
