The Higher Executive Quality Assurance coordinates and perform day to day quality control activities adhere to production schedule and inspects incoming inprocess and outgoing products/shipments for adherence to quality requirements. He/She is able to support and customized Quality Plans for customers and recommends solutions to address quality queries customer complaints and audit requirements. He/she should have the knowledge in regulatory affairs and compliance standards to align the organisation's QMS with international and national regulatory standards for compliance.
In addition he/she should propose continuous improvement and enhance department operations. He/she is able to perform tasks on designing documentation guidelines and templates as well as delivers qualityrelated training.
The Higher Executive Quality Assurance has an eye for details and able to carry out his tasks and managed priorities and address multifaceted issues effectively. He/she should good communication skills which enables him/her to interact with groups of internal and external stakeholders.
Manage customer relationships
• Handle records and documentation of customer engagements
• Recommend customer requests that deviate from signed contractual agreement at the guidance of the manager
• Support and handle customer dissatisfaction of products service standards while working with relevant parties to resolve issues.
• Propose and review product services/technical nuances related to product and services and/or product and service offerings.
Manage people finance and organisational development
• Coordinate with crossdepartmental teams and external stakeholders to deliver work outcomes.
• Coordinate department's retention efforts
• Support in onthejob training and performance improvement opportunities
Facilitate achievement of quality expectations and standards
• Identify Quality activities and generate monthly report for near miss complaints nonconformance products and deviation reports and ensure the results to meet KPIs.
• Conduct internal and external quality audit programmes.
• Support complaint management activities including investigation and vigilance reporting quality incidence (nonconformity) and deviation and incidents handling and reporting.
Perform quality control activities

• Identify investigation root cause and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
• Support facility maintenance for critical equipment

• Propose the implementation of maintenance and engineering risk assessments processes and work instructions
Manage document control measures
• Maintain electronic and hardcopy documentation to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and requirements.
• Support documentation management system
• Manage information in the document management system ensuring its accuracy and accessibility by appropriate stakeholders.
• Manage the update and distribution of documents.
• Support information needed for audits of the documentation management system.
• Record results of document control audits
Manage Quality related training
• Support training on QMS regulatory and other requirements
• Support training programmes and materials for QMS regulatory and other requirements
• Perform and monitor training outcomes to identify gaps and design new and revised training programmes accordingly.
Knowledge in ISO 9001: 2015 / quality assurance principles and practices
Proficient in MS Office Applications / Microsoft Power Platform Applications
Diploma/Degree in any logistics Engineeringrelated related field
Full Time
