Responsibilities
Coordinate with manning agents for selection of crew and officers
Perform verification of crew qualifications and experience
Conduct briefings for Masters / Chief Engineers before joining vessel.
Manage daily operations of crewing department
Plan and implement crew schedule rotation and documentation
Interact with crew for all welfare issues
Arrange hotel and accommodation for crew
Ensure internal records and company systems are updated.
Attend to all ship staff queries related to human resource issues
Manage and update crew certificates and personal details
Ensure that vessels are meeting the MLC requirements

Requirements
Min Diploma in any discipline
At least 2 years of crewing experience
Knowledge of MS Office
Good command of English and able to manage crew from various nationalities
