An amazing opportunity exists to work with a Global Mentor Investor Philanthropist and BestSelling Author as an experienced vibrant and highenergy Executive Virtual Assistant. This a rare opportunity for you to work as the righthand person to the COO of this prestigious company.
Reporting to the COO you will be a selfstarting highly organised and experienced confident Executive assistant. Your professionalism and approach are a high priority in this BusinesstoBusiness operation.
You will have experience in managing key activities and tasks such as the following:
BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION:
- Serve as the central point of contact for communications to the COO.
- Create todo list from all communication sources to make sure COO is update to date.
- Manage multiple calendars emails calls and meetings
- Coordinate meetings and workshops including minutetaking agenda preparation and PowerPoint presentations.
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing documentation and followups.
- Arrange travel arrangements prepare itineraries and reconcile credit card expenses.
- Conduct desktop research and assist in contracts and proposals creation.
- Administer file management and knowledge management using SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Light bookkeeping such as recording expenses and receipts and basic financial tracking and reporting.
- Assist in executing mediumcomplexity events generating ideas for event optimisation and preparing event reports.
- Manage adhoc tasks/projects to meet company objectives and goals.
- Identify event opportunities and drive continual optimisation of event campaigns.
- Assist in online shopping and ordering as required.
- Support social media management by scheduling posts and responding to routine messages.
SALES SUPPORT (As required)
- Manage CRM including data entry and sales pipeline management.
- Set appointments via email and online platforms.
- Update documents within the client CRM and manage customer accounts.
- Send followup emails and assist in client onboarding administration.
- Support client system usage through nurture and support.
Requirements
Degree qualified ()
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Proactive resultsdriven and efficient.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Highly organised and processoriented

Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: Php 35000
2. Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
- 10 days annual leave credits
- 5 days of sick leave
5. Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days
6. Annual Appraisal
7. Laptop provided after 30 days
8. Permanent workfromhome role. You will have to use your own internet.
9. SHIFT TIMES: 6AM to 3PM Philippine time Monday to Friday.
Degree qualified (+), Minimum of 2 years of experience Proactive, results-driven, and efficient.
