Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
35 years of experience in executive support and technical assistance preferably in a technologyoriented company.
Proficiency in calendar management scheduling and meeting coordination.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Technical proficiency in IT troubleshooting and support.
Knowledge of information security protocols and data privacy regulations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Proactive problemsolving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Adaptability to changing priorities and fastpaced environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools.
