• Strategy Formulation: Develop strategies aimed at enhancing user engagement and retention on the platform. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement user and event operation strategies effectively
• Event Execution: Plan platform events based on market trends exploring various event formats to engage users and achieve overall event operation objectives
• Capability Building: Analyze event conversion pathways to enrich and consolidate event formats continually. Enhance event infrastructure and capabilities to improve overall platform event operation efficiency
• Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze event operation data to gain insights into industry trends and market demands. Ensure the platforms competitiveness in event operations

Requirements and skills
