As an EU Tender Sales Manager (for UK Spain Italy France Sweden) you will play a pivotal role in driving our expansion into the European market by managing the tender sales process. You will be responsible for identifying pursuing and securing lucrative tender opportunities across the European Union. Leveraging your expertise in tender management and sales you will establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders develop winning proposals to ultimately ensure the successful execution of contracts for Scale Compas.

Tasks

Objective of this vacant freelance position: We would like to introduce our service (the Scale Compas Germany service see company description above) to startup and scaleup companies in the five countries mentioned above.

Your main task (Either for Italy Sweden Spain France or the UK).

  • You have a good network in the StartUp ecosystem in your country and you also know the winners of EU Tenders. Consequently we would like you to contact all StartUps and ScaleUps as well as SMEs and EU Tenders winners for us so that we can present our services to them in an online meeting.

Requirements

  • We are looking for a Sales Manager for each of the following 5 countries: (UK Spain France Italy Sweden) in addition the person must also speak the native language of one of these 5 countries.
  • Experience in sales is not a mandatory requirement but the following points are a prerequisite and very important:
  • You must be very familiar with the StartUp ecosystem in your respective country.
  • It is also very important and a prerequisite to apply that you have your own network and good contacts in the local ecosystem for startups and innovative SMEs.
  • Very important: That you have contacts with the winners of EU tenders
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A basic knowledge of English is all you need to communicate with us. More important is the native language of one of the above mentioned countries (Italian Spanish French Swedish and native English only for the UK location)
