Currently we are seeking a highly professional and skilled individual to fill the role of Estimator / Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the estimating process for construction projects ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Review project plans specifications and other documents to determine project requirements
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop cost estimates and budgets
Utilize construction estimating software such as HeavyBid to prepare detailed cost estimates
Analyze project scope and identify potential risks and opportunities
Conduct research to gather data on labor materials and equipment costs
Prepare bid packages and submit proposals to clients Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers
Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and implement cost control measures
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure accurate budget tracking and forecasting
Provide guidance and support to the estimating team
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in construction management or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in construction estimating or a similar role
Strong knowledge of construction industry practices codes and regulations
Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
