Work Setup: Work From Home
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Salary: Php 35000.00 Php 45000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN ESTIMATOR
Your Responsibilities as Estimator would be:
Reading and understanding architectural plans.
Entering windows and doors into V6 software.
Understanding different types of windows and installation techniques for different types of construction.
Check if all details are correct in V6 software against standard checklists.
Communicate with external suppliers for price requests and options.
Understanding of local Australian Standards and Ratings for wind load deflection strength human impact and other compliance and regulations.
Qualifications as Estimator:
Familiar with operating V6 Software.
Experience working with Australian window systems and standards.
Must be logical.
Must have proficient computer skills in Outlook PDF and Excel as a minimum.
Attention to detail is a must.
Excellent Communication skills both email/written and verbal as well as in the English language and grammar.
Ability to follow processes and report weekly on KPI s must be results driven as well and will be able to meet KPI s.
Quick and efficient working ethic.
Forward thinking takes initiative and can move on to the next task rather than waiting on answers from salesperson.
Team player and enters weekly meetings.
