This is a remote position.
- Prepare detailed cost analyses for renovations twostorey additions and new home projects focusing specifically on material takeoffs.
- Foster close collaboration with architects engineers contractors and other professionals to gather all necessary data for precise costing
- Review architectural plans structural drawings and finishes schedules to generate comprehensive cost estimates
- Coordinate with clients architects and subcontractors to address requests for information (RFIs) and related concerns effectively
Requirements
- Demonstrable proven experience in estimating within the Australian residential construction market
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Suite
- A Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Cubits software is advantageous.
