Purpose of the role
Solely Responsible for maintenance of all villas.
Coordination with every department & to ensure that work is carried on in
a flawless condition.
To Support in maintaining budgets facilities records equipment and
services.
Responsible for planning organizing and developing the overall operations
of the housekeeping department in accordance with national state and
local standards and guidelines along with assuring the highest degree of
quality guest care is maintained at all times.
Responsible for staffing scheduling training and developing housekeeping
staff.
To ensure that every guest has a 7 star experience and the staff ensures a
clean hospitable and luxurious environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
PreConstruction:
Act as the company s representative.
Work closely with the construction teams Lawyers Accountants etc in
ensuring all the company s duties are fulfilled in the quickest and cheapest
manner.
Understand the construction process coordinate with the Architects
Contractors Vendors Logistics and Purchase team in ensuring timely
delivery of material etc.
House Keeping:
Set up systems and implement processes to ensure a 5 star experience for
all guests.
Plan organize and direct team members to ensure the highest degree of
guest satisfaction.
Daily supervision of the housekeeping staff.
Daily supervision of the grounds keeping staff.
Purchase reorder and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
Conduct daily inspections of all rooms and public areas.
Recruit schedule and train all new housekeeping staff members.
Maintain the housekeeping budget providing billing summaries and
expenses.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness safety and conduct.
Determine and maintain the department work schedule used to notify staff
of upcoming events and ensure proper preparation and staffing.
Ensure the proper maintenance of all equipment; makes arrangements for
repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment.
Work closely with maintenance team to ensure all services engineering
appliances are in perfect working condition.
Managing Property Operations and Engineering
Manage and coordinate all Civil Landscaping Engineering issues.
Manage all homes including equipment refrigeration HVAC plumbing
water treatment electrical life safety systems leakages civil work pools
landscape etc.
Maintain and operate equipment at optimum effectiveness efficiency and
safety.
Establish and manage an effective room s maintenance program.
Create a team of oncall empanelled contractors and vendors including but
not limited to Electricians Plumbers Carpenters Water proofing
companies HVAC Swimming Pool contractors Civil contractors Gardeners
Pump contractors Painters Polishers etc.
Select and order or purchase new equipment supplies and furnishings.
Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of facilities in order to
determine the type of work required.
Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting repair
work renovations and the replacement of furnishings and equipment.
Maintaining Property Standards
Maintain accurate logs and records as required.
Assist in effectively planning scheduling and evaluating preventative
maintenance programs.
Set up and implement strong reporting systems.
Providing Exceptional Customer Service
Handle guest problems and complaints effectively.
Empower employees to provide excellent customer service.
Display leadership in guest hospitality by exemplifying excellent customer
service and creating a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
Managing Profitability
Help establish priorities for total property maintenance needs.
Ensure ongoing communication occurs in all areas of responsibility to
create awareness of business objectives awareness of expectations and
recognition of exemplary performance.
Managing and Conducting Human Resources Activities
Celebrate successes and publicly recognize the contributions of team
members.
Establish and maintain open collaborative relationships with employees
vendors contractors and empanelled partners.
Ensure employees are treated fairly and equitably.
Strive to improve service performance.
Provide feedback to employees vendors contractors based on observation
of service behaviors.
Supervise employees ability to execute departmental and property
emergency procedures.
Review employees vendors contractor s satisfaction results to identify and
address employee problems or concerns.
Solicit employees vendors contractor s feedback.
Help ensure regulatory compliance to facility regulations and safety
standards.
Ensure disciplinary procedures and documentation is completed according
to Standard and Local Operating Procedures (SOPs and LSOPs) and support
the Peer Review Process.
Ensure property policies are administered fairly and consistently.
