- Provide expert technical support troubleshoot issues and collaborate with teams for enhancements.
- Monitor system performance develop documentation and training materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends assist in integration and support data management.
- Utilize 5 years of experience to drive efficiency and optimize ESPX platform functionality.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
- 5 years of experience in ESPX or similar enterprise software administration.
- Strong technical skills problemsolving abilities and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Certification in ESPX administration is desirable.
