ESG Group Report Analyst

Tasks

Collaboration in various sustainability analyses in the banks ESG reporting process / Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses for the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation of the EU legislator on sustainabilityrelated disclosure obligations / Collaboration in the preparation of reports for PRI (Principles for Responsible Investment) PAI (investment decisions taking into account sustainability factors) and CDP (reduction of greenhouse gas emissions conservation of water resources and protection of forests) / Conducting quantitative research to determine sustainability indicators and providing support in the aggregation and evaluation of sustainable investment data for the reports / Conduct data analysis on climate and biodiversity and their contribution to the environment / Collaboration on the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) including reporting on the impact of the companys activities with regard to green business activities / Optimization of ESG data processing tools and systems / Monitoring developments in the area of ESG regulation / Collaboration in committees holding presentations and supporting various teams on ESG topics.

Requirements

Masters or Bachelors degree in economics sustainability or environmental engineering / Interested in the financial sector and in sustainability as well as in ESG regulatory issues / Experience in data analysis for ESG issues / Interest in sustainability reporting in the area of sustainable investments / High affinity for numbers / Analytical and structured personality with the ability to differentiate and weight issues in a problemsolving way / Interest in presenting and initiating trends / Handson mentality and teamoriented / Strong interpersonal skills with high service orientation and flexibility / Strong communication and teamwork skills / Strong ITflair / Knowledge of PowerBI Power Query / Programming skills (Python) / Very good MS Office skills especially Excel VBA and PP / German as well as English.
