Aim is to activate Investor relations and retail channels in the market.
Currently using ERP Oracle Netsuite to manage the financials operations and customer relations of his organisation.
But he is unable to activate the channels in the market with this ERP solution.
Looking for a solution more likely a CRM which can be integrated with this ERP solution.
Looking for a solution which can be helpful for his employees as well as customers.
For employees (sales executives who are working in field) can track their progress and view their incentive schemes etc. They can place the sales order from anywhere using this solution.
For customers they can see their order history their category (gold/silver) rebates and also place the order by themselves as well.
