Main responsibilities and key tasks of ERP Consultant

Plan and implement projects as per alignment with IT Manager / Finance Manager

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Define tasks and required resources in line with project plan including all selected Modules:

a. Plant Maintenance

b. Production Module

c. Procurement Module

d. Master Data Setup / Tax Bindings / Accounting

e. Report Setup and accurate and timely Reporting

f. Workflows / Process flows along with documentation.

Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Manage project budget and ensure strict control allocate project resources Create schedule and project timeline and track deliverables.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Launch project management tool to administer the project and train all stake holders on it.

Lead project quality assurance monitor and report on project progress through effective tools.

Track project performance specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and longterm goals.

Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.

Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.

Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs evaluate and assess result of project.

Escalate identified roadblocks to execution of the project and steer ahead.

Develop solutions and resolve the most complex issues through notable depth.
