Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned ERP Consultant with expertise in various ERP products such as HubSpot Zoho Oracle Microsoft Dynamics Salesforce etc. As an ERP Consultant you will play a key role in designing and implementing ERP solutions tailored to our clients needs. Collaboration with our team will be crucial in delivering exceptional service and driving innovation in ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Analysis
Conduct comprehensive analysis of client business processes and requirements.
Document requirements define project scope objectives and strategies aligned with business objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to optimize system integration and enhance user experience.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and recommendations.
Gather insights from stakeholder interactions and produce actionable reports.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and value delivery.
Development:
Utilize expertise in various ERP products (e.g. HubSpot Zoho Oracle Microsoft Dynamics Salesforce) to develop software solutions.
Configure and customize ERP systems to meet client specifications and business needs.
Develop integrations with thirdparty applications and systems.
Create custom reports dashboards and workflows to streamline business processes.
Lead the development life cycle (SDLC) from concept to production and provide ongoing support.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in software development business management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of handson experience as an ERP Consultant.
Proficiency in at least one major ERP product such as HubSpot Oracle Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
Excellent English is mandatory.
Experience leading ERP implementation projects and working with crossfunctional teams.
Solid understanding of business processes and best practices in ERP system design and implementation.
