Job Description:

*) Analyze the inner workings of an ERP system conduct training and support ongoing upgrades.

*) Create and maintain documentation and process flows while troubleshooting and solving system issues.

*) Generate new reports formulas functions and reports as needed.

*) Conduct user acceptance testing and troubleshoot issues.

*) Develop and maintain enduser training materials.

Basic Qualification:

*) 15 years of strong Data conversion experience

*) 15 years of SQL and ETL process experience.

*) Mandatory experience in CGI HR ERP JIRA data mining data structures schemas and applicable file structures.

*) Handson technofunctional experience on all HR and Payroll functionalities in CGI and Mapping legacy to Oracle Cloud environment.

*) Running reconciliation reports on extracted transformed and loaded data.

*) Expertise in Oracle HDL FBDI and Oracle table structures with reverse mapping to CGI is an absolute must.

*) Strong CGI ERP and Oracle HR and Payroll Functional and demonstrated knowledge of providing reconciliation metrics.

*) Functional and Technical expertise of CGI HR ERP modules.

*) Expertise in the extraction of HR data from CGI HR modules.

*) Load data into Oracle HR modules.

*) Understanding of Oracle HR modules.
