SIVA Health AG is a digital health startup company in the field of soundbased respiratory diagnostics located in Zurich Switzerland. Through collaboration with global corporate partners clinics and researchers we at SIVA Health have developed a novel device to continuously measure cough (24/7). This innovation is currently being used in a clinical study in the U.S and in global clinical multicenter studies.

As Equipment Assembly Assistant you will report to the Director of Clinical Affairs or designee. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our medical device startup team on a parttime basis. The role involves assembling study kits and performing firmware updates for our innovative medical devices. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cuttingedge healthcare technology while accommodating a flexible schedule.
Assemble study kits according to provided specifications and instructions.
Ensure accurate packaging and labeling of components.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Set up study iPhones (Apple IDs removing applications downloading applications)
Perform firmware updates for medical devices using a custom easytouse mobile application.
Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve firmwarerelated issues.
Keep detailed records of firmware updates and version history.
Conduct quality checks on assembled study kits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Verify the proper functioning of devices after firmware updates.
Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels of assembly components.
Notify the relevant personnel when supplies need to be replenished.
Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and firmware updates.
Document any issues encountered during the assembly or firmware update procedures.
Prepare the respective documentation.
Ship and track shipment.
You work independently and are wellorganized with a very high degree of selfresponsibility and are not afraid of challenges.
