Environmental Engineer

A multidiscipline engineering firm with over 50 years in business is looking for an Environmental Engineer for their Twin City office! This is a hybrid position that includes in office work three days a week and remote work two days per week.

• Design solutions for water supply drinking water treatment wastewater collection and wastewater treatment projects
  
• Work on a variety of complex government and industrial projects
  
• Prepare design calculations engineering drawings and specifications
  
• Assist with planning/monitoring all aspects of water/wastewater projects
  
• Develop project management skills through planning directing and monitoring multidisciplinary projects
  
• Assist with marketing/business development (develop proposals prepare/deliver presentations)
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in environmental engineering with an emphasis on water/wastewater treatment hydraulic design and/or infrastructure Design
  
• Master s degree in environmental engineering preferred
  
• 4 years of progressive water/wastewater project experience
  
• PE License or ability to obtain within 12 months
  
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  
• Desire/ability to coach/mentor junior staff
  
• Ability to travel
  
• Previous project management experience preferred
  
• Previous business development experience preferred
  
• Previous experience leading a multidisciplinary team preferred
  
• Working knowledge of ArcMap SWWM AFT Fathom SewerCAD HydroCAD WaterCAD and/or Revit preferred
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
