Responsibilities

• Lead design and implement entrepreneurshipbuilding initiatives
• Build partnerships with government agencies development partners corporate partners experts and marine fishery value chain actors
• Collaborate closely with startups MSMEs communityprotected areas and fishery communities in coastal areas
• Review and evaluate funding proposals for cultural promotions capacity upgrading business networking access to the market and financing
• Monitor funding program progress and ensure fund requirements are met
• Lead preparation of program implementation reports and consolidate success stories
• Organize and coordinate programs including agenda proposals invitations to stakeholders and event management
• Handle other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Experience in project administration implementation and management
• Experience working with fishery communities (CFi) community protected areas (CPA) or sustainable coastal initiatives
• Experience working with development partners and government agencies

Qualification

Minimum bachelors degree

Qualities

• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Excellent in people time and task management
• Good command of Khmer and English languages
• Problemsolving attitude & critical thinking

Operations Hours

• Mon Fri 8:30am5:30pm (1 hour lunch break 121pm)
