Key Responsibilities:
Plan and host a variety of entertainment activities and events for guests of all ages onboard the cruise ship
Collaborate with the Entertainment Manager to develop new and exciting entertainment options
Ensure all activities are executed according to company standards and guidelines
Engage with guests and create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
Assist with setup and breakdown of events and activities
Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests at all times
Participate in rehearsals and training sessions to continually improve performance and skills
Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in entertainment performing arts or event planning preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Passion for entertaining and engaging with people of all ages
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
