Enterprise Solutions Architect

About the role

As a Enterprise Solutions Architect you have more than 10 years of experience in architecture design principles and patterns with extensive experience in leading architectural initiatives and setting architectural direction for the organization. You follow emerging technologies and industry trends and can anticipate future requirements and drive innovation and you enjoy working in an international team. You create customer outcomes and are accountable for reliably completing high quality work for your customer and supporting your team members to do the same. You understand how to deliver incremental results using the scaled agile framework thinking economically building on the work of others and creating materials that others can reuse in their work.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architectural decisions as well as design infrastructure solutions both on Cloud and onpremise
• Make sure that Architecture compliance and target Enterprise Architecture are aligned
• Illustrate your system architecture through diagrams drawings and models to engage both internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct Cyber security research in order to propose relevant solution designs that identify and mitigate cyber security risks
• Take care of all relevant documentation on Confluence as well as creating linking and maintaining technical tasks in Jira
• Design Solution Architectural documentation including workflows and agreements
• Provide detailed accurate and regular reports to relevant stakeholders (Project Manager and Service Owner)
• Engage as a collaborative partner with architects and engineers setting an example through leadership
• Participate in Steering Committees and Leadership reviews

The salary range for this position isgross (before taxes) monthly (fulltime equivalent target rate for Lithuania). Salary offered may vary depending on candidate skills and expertise. We are considering all applicants eligible to work in the EU. For candidates bases outside of Lithuania salary will be discussed during the recruitment process.

What you bring to birkle IT:

• Deep understanding of Cloud Solutions and Zero Trust Solution Design
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements compliance standards and industryspecific challenges that impact solution architecture decisions
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprisescale solutions across diverse technology domains such as cloud computing AI/ML IoT and digital transformation
• Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks methodologies and industry standards (e.g. TOGAF ITIL COBIT)
• Experience in software lifecycle development and software/applications development (in security areas would be a definite plus)
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisionmaking and drive consensus across diverse groups (on and offsite)
