PLANT ENGINEERING MANAGER / ENGINEERING MANAGER

Highly respected F500 consumer packaged goods market leader seeks an innovative and accomplished Engineering Manager for their key facility.

You will be the Technical SME and spearhead a series of critical capital projects within the plant.

This role requires the orchestration of multidisciplinary engineering and operational teams from diverse departments across multiple capital projects.

Your core responsibilities will encompass overseeing the project lifecycle from beginning to end including project scope definition cost forecasting and timeline planning. These projects will aim to improve safety quality efficiency labor relations sanitation cost management and customer satisfaction.

Location: Mount Vernon IL

Compensation: $00 base Plus 10% bonus opportunity Plus 9% 401k match Plus full relocation Plus excellent benefits.

• Bachelors degree Required. BS engineering preferred.
• 6 years of Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Experience managing multiple Capital Projects concurrently.
• Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) / Food / Beverage experience a plus.
