- Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers and drive the technical roadmap for the engineering department.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality engineering solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Architect and design scalable and reliable systems to support the company's logistics operations.
- Implement best practices for software development and ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Stay updated with the latest technological trends and integrate innovative solutions into the engineering processes.
- Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams and delivering complex technical projects.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar engineering leadership role.
- Experience with logistics or supply chain management systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
- Track record of successfully delivering highimpact engineering projects.
