What You'll Do

• You'll directly manage and mentor a team of talented engineers, developers, and SREs, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  
• Partner closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders across the organization to deliver cutting-edge payment solutions aligned with our business objectives
  
• Take ownership of major technical projects, working hands-on with the team to ensure high-quality and successful product launches
  
• Establish efficient development processes, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure adherence to coding standards and testing procedures
  
• Translate technical complexities into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience successfully managing software engineering teams
• In-depth knowledge of payment systems, card issuing, and relevant industry regulations
• Strong technical background, with fluency in software development tools (preferably Microsoft) and SQL
• Extensive experience with CI/CD methodologies, quality assurance processes, and project management tools (e.g., Jira)

Highly Desirable:

• Ability to think strategically and creatively, drive innovation, and recruit top-tier talent.
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to build strong working relationships across departments.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying trends and informing decision-making
