Job Summary:
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner consistent with the mission, vision and values of the organization. Perform a variety of activities to assist in the maintenance and upkeep of accounts as requested by Operation s associates. Responsibilities include auditing accounts, advising on requested tasks, and collaborating between departments to fulfill requests.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Complete cases input through email requests and via phone calls including, but not limited to, BPRs, transaction research, banking updates, report requests, legal updates, pin debit updates, and seasonal holds; contacting merchants as needed
- Prep applications for add location requests
- Assist in reactive AccessOne training requests
- Updating Sugar for data integrity
- Compiling EOMs
Additional Responsibilities:
- Act as a backup for Operations Support, completing all submitted tasks as needed
- Collaborate with management on the development and implementation of new processes and policies
- Statement logo, address addition and change requests
- MPA and Schedule A branding requests
- Assists in training of new associates
- Completes other assigned duties as requested

- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be able to work on a shifting schedule
Education & Experience
- Associate s or Bachelor s Degree Preferred
- A minimum of 1 year experience in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM
