Engineer - OMS

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand OMS requirements and design solutions
• Implement and maintain OMS solutions including order capturing routing and processing functionality
• Monitor OMS performance and conduct troubleshooting to address system issues
• Develop and maintain OMS integrations with internal and external systems
• Enhance OMS capabilities through automation and process improvements
• Participate in system upgrades and enhancements to optimize OMS functionality
• Provide technical support and guidance to endusers for OMSrelated inquiries
• Document OMS configurations processes and changes
• Conduct regular testing and validation of OMS to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners for OMSrelated integrations and support

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• Proven experience in OMS implementation configuration and maintenance
• Strong understanding of order processing routing and fulfillment concepts
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools for OMS enhancements
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve OMSrelated issues in a timely manner
• Experience with OMS integrations with ERP CRM and other systems
• Knowledge of database management and SQL querying for OMS data analysis
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities in the OMS environment
• Understanding of industry best practices and trends in OMS technologies
