Ensures availability of services, including IT contingency planning, to support the department and company goals
Monitor the data and system growth through the recommendation of capacity increase of the e-mails, virtualization items and different
services in order to maintain the services performance as expected.
Benchmarks, analyzes, documents, and recommends improvements for the growth of the division s technology and associated
systems.
On regular and incidental bases, reviews and assesses services, including readiness for and responses to special events and
incidents.
Staff Development:
Responsible for the training, development, and mentoring of direct reports and their staffs; provides opportunities for skills expansion
and career development.
Responsible for the interpretation, communication, and understanding of department and company goals, mission and philosophy to
team members.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the division s customer facing technology services such as e-mail, collaboration and
virtualization servcies.
Lead the division technology projects through the selection of technology, design, and vendors. Manage the communication with the
vendors and stakeholders. Lead the implementation phases, and the evaluation of the performance after the implementation to ensure
the reliability, the accuracy and timeliness of the services provided to the end users.
Develop best practices and drive the process of creative thinking and solutions. Lead change and adoption of new processes and
technologies.
Collaboration:
Validate the new projects requested through the collaboration with the business departments to discuss their requirements in order to
decide whether the project can be developed in-house or with external consultant/vendor.
In collaboration with senior leaders, develop and achieve a resilient organizational structure and workforce to support long-term
objectives.
Deliverables:
Ensure completion of deliverables and adherence to timelines; track milestones and timelines across projects and institute necessary
work flow, personnel and financial resource allocations, making alterations when necessary to meet expectations of clients; analyze
and resolve issues that have the potential to jeopardize performance and/or ability to meet agreed upon deliverables; analyze financial
and operational reports.
Strategy Planning:
Provides strategy and direction and leads planning for the division including fostering innovation, technology direction, planning
projects and services, stakeholder management, organizing and overseeing the planning and allocation of resources.
Full Time
