Job Summary:

Xad technologies is seeking a remote Employee Grievances Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of labor laws and policies in the UK UAE KSA and Pakistan along with significant experience in handling employee grievances within the construction industry. As an Employee Grievances Specialist the candidate will be responsible for effectively addressing and resolving employee complaints and disputes ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee grievances including but not limited to issues related to workplace harassment discrimination safety concerns and contractual disputes.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees who raise grievances ensuring they understand their rights and the grievance resolution process.
  • Collaborate with HR managers legal advisors and relevant stakeholders to develop and implement effective grievance resolution strategies.
  • Review and interpret labor laws and company policies to ensure all grievance procedures are in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Mediate discussions between aggrieved employees and management to facilitate fair and timely resolution of disputes.
  • Maintain accurate records of grievance proceedings including documentation of interviews findings and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Law or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UK UAE KSA and Pakistan with a focus on the construction industry.
  • 35 years of professional experience in handling employee grievances preferably within a construction company or similar industry.
