Join our team at Expert Life EB a leading insurance provider in Belgium headquartered in Brussels. Were currently seeking a skilled Life Insurance Expert to join our Employee Benefits Large Accounts & SME teams.

Primary Location: Brussels Belgium Position: Life Insurance Expert

Purpose of the Position: As a Life Insurance Expert you will play a crucial role in managing contracts and maintaining strong relationships with clients and brokers. Your responsibilities will include handling complex files providing proactive customer support participating in improvement projects and contributing to the optimization of service quality and productivity.

Your Tasks:

Manage complex files and serve as the main point of contact for employees ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to organizational rules and procedures.

Proactively communicate with customers and brokers to propose solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.

Contribute to the development of work instructions and centralized documentation to improve the quality of customer service.

Participate in the implementation of new activities and projects leveraging your expertise to achieve project objectives.

Collaborate with Account Managers and Managers including participating in customer visits to negotiate file management details and propose technical solutions.

Contribute to the refinement of working methods to enhance service quality and achieve team objectives.



Requirements


Qualifications:

Bachelors or masters degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Employee Benefits.

Strong technical and communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of one national language and good proficiency in the second language (both oral and written).

Customerfocused solutionoriented and resultsdriven.

Ability to communicate assertively in a customeroriented manner.

Demonstrated ability to plan and organize work autonomously.
