Job Summary:
We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who will manage initiatives which are designed to spread knowledge about particular offerings by companies. You will be responsible for creating the content for the email relevant to the product and services, qualifying email addresses of targeted prospects, creating an email campaign of both initial outreach and nourishment, etc.,
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and proven track record with email marketing and have the capability to learn software and applications that complement the process. As an email marketing specialist, its your duty to market the products successfully and services and create engaging content that will attract candidates.
Job Description:
- Identify target audience and grow our email list.
- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling.
- Ensure mobile-friendly email templates.
- Write newsletters including all company updates.
- Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features.
- Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes.
- Create email databases for prospective candidates.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing an email marketing program.
- Hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms.
- Experience building an email marketing campaign from scratch.
- Detailed knowledge of best practices in email regulation and compliances.
- Proven work experience in growing, engaging with, and analyzing the performance of a large email marketing database.
- Knowledgeable in Google Analytics, social media platforms, etc.
- Proficient in data analytics to determine important data and be able to suggest improvements.
- Knowledge of Job Diva ATS beneficial.
- Excellent English written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous experience in the recruitment industry a plus.
