Indias Leading Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Elite Relationship Manager to join our dynamic Branch Banking Department.

In this pivotal role you will play a key role in building and managing strong relationships with our most affluent clientele delivering exceptional financial solutions and driving significant revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) assigned to your portfolio.
  • Conduct indepth financial needs analysis to identify client goals risk tolerance and investment preferences.
  • Develop and present customised financial solutions encompassing a broad spectrum of products and services including wealth management investment options priority banking services and credit facilities.
  • Actively identify crossselling and upselling opportunities to deepen client relationships and maximize portfolio profitability.
  • Proactively manage client portfolios monitor performance and recommend adjustments as needed to ensure alignment with evolving financial goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets for new account openings product penetration and revenue generation.
  • Participate in branch events and initiatives to build brand awareness and generate new business leads.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of financial products market trends and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 9 years of proven experience in Core Retail Liability Banking Sales with a successful track record in HNI Portfolio Relationship Management.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management principles investment products and financial planning strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate complex financial concepts.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships built on trust and personalized service.
