Electrical Technician

• Install maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment.
  
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and tools.
  
• Read and interpret electrical schematics blueprints and technical drawings.
  
• Collaborate with engineers to implement modifications upgrades and new installations.
  
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure the reliability and safety of electrical systems.
  
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes regulations and safety standards.
  
• Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and breakdowns to minimize downtime.
  
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  
  

Requirements

• National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent in the related field.
  
• Proven experience as an electrical technician preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  
• Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
  
• Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
  
• Ability to work with various electrical systems including control panels motors and PLC (programmable logic controllers).
  
• Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
