- Should have excellent knowledge in understanding the Electrical system for Commercial Residential Institution buildings.
- Electrical Designing & Drafting skills:
- Load Calculations.
- Transformer DG and UPS selection
- Space planning for Electrical services
- Preparation of Main single line diagram
- Normal and Emergency Lighting Calculations using DIAlux
- Cable sizing circuit breaker sizing voltage drop calculations using software/Calculations
- Short Circuit Calculations and Relay discrimination study using Amtech software/Calculations
- Cable Management System
- APFC Sizing Calculations
- Preparation of Layouts for Lighting Small Power Cable Tray Earthing System
- Preparation of Small Power and Lighting DB Schedules
- Fire alarm system CCTV Security and Access layouts
- Lighting protection layout
- Preparation of Conceptual design report
- Supervising of Electrical installation and commissioning
- Coordination with Client and Consultants
- Site Coordination and Shop Drawing Review
- Preparation of measurement for installed electrical materials and Bill certification.
- Should have experience in preparing the MEP coordination drawings.
- Planning and earthing system planning layout / location of earth pits
- Preparation of lightning arrestor layout
- Designing of lighting power and LV layouts
- Planning of Electrical room and cable tray layouts SLD Cable Schedules and related works.
- Planning layouts of cables trays / cable trenches
- Preparation of Ceiling and floor raceways
- Designing / planning telephone provisions / routing for service providers.
- Preparation of bill of quantities for all the Electrical related items extracted from Revit with respect to specifications.
