Open Position: Team Lead, Java (IT Service Provider)
An established IT Service Provider is looking for Team Lead, Java to join the team and be based in the Selangor
Key responsibilities include:
- Engage in requirement, design, implementation, testing and support of custom banking solutions including features enhancements, new functionalities, and back-end systems integration
- Define and manage resource plan aligning to the project schedule
- Plan and drive the project s technical execution to achieve the scope and timeline
- Responsible to monitor, report technical execution and all technical issues, risk or mitigation plan in a timely manner
- Having good experience in Java programming language with exposure in JavaScript, Struts, Python as an added advantage
- Good experience in databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL with good web service exposure such as Restful APIs
- Experience from vendor environment with banking industry background
- Must have experience in managing a team and good communication skills
