Ecommerce Manager

Dgbox is an Ecommerce Enabler, where we provide end to end solutions to facilitate clients in building successful online stores. Ecommerce Enabling is a niche trade we are the secret hero propelling the Ecommerce scene behind the scene.

This job position will give you exposure to working with brands, Ecommerce platforms (such as Shopee), and many SMEs in Singapore as well as Indonesia. You will be attaining an incredible amount of experience in the trending Ecommerce industry.

Responsibilities:

• Main liaison for clients accounts and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10)
  
• Maintain strong relationships with our existing clients and upcoming clients
  
• Manage and improve our know our client process
  
• Guide and assign tasks to the team to manage clients brand stores effectively.
  
• Coordinate with the stakeholders in the company (finance, warehouse, sales, admin)
  

Requirements

• We hold internal meetings and external meetings with clients quite often, usually online with the occasional on site meetings.
  
• As we are in the E-Commerce industry, working hours may be slightly erratic, but should be manageable.
  
• This is a work from home position, therefore you should have sufficient self-discipline and able to work most of the time without being interrupted.
