WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist & help the Managing Director in running day to day operations of the apparel exports business. Tasks involve coordination and follow up with internal team and external world monitoring filtering informationand highlighting Red Flags.
- Maintain MD s Calendar organize meetings and make notes.
- Misc job
- Maintaining Google drive and physical records.
- Manage email.
- Coordinate buyer visits and misc visitors with the MD.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- As above
KEY SKILLS / ABILITIES:
- Good IT Skills(Google suite Excel Google search Email)
- Strong followups and coordination.
- Good verbal and written communication.
PREFERENCE IN CANDIDATE
- Nearby Faridabad location. Stability ( 3 years)
