Role and Responsibilities:
- Record keeping for the schedules of the Executive Director
- Arranging and scheduling meetings and conference calls
- Managing files and documentation
- Handling travel arrangements and itineraries
- Managing expenses and bills
- Following up on tasks assigned by the management to internal employees
Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
