Overview:

The Ecommerce Manager plays a vital role in driving online sales and enhancing the overall digital brand presence of the organization. This position is crucial for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the online customer experience drive traffic and increase conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and make datadriven decisions.
  • Manage the online product catalogue ensuring accuracy and optimization for search and sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns including SEM SEO email and social media marketing.
  • Optimize the user experience across all digital platforms ensuring a seamless and intuitive customer journey.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of promotions and sales initiatives to drive conversion and increase average order value.
  • Lead A/B testing and optimization efforts to improve website performance and conversion rates.
  • Manage relationships with thirdparty vendors including ecommerce platforms agencies and technology providers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in ecommerce operations.
  • Supervise and develop a highperforming ecommerce team providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in ecommerce management or digital marketing with a focus on driving online sales and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing ecommerce strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in utilizing data to drive decisionmaking and optimization.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms CMS and online analytics tools.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO SEM social media and email marketing.
  • Ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven environment.
  • Uptodate knowledge of ecommerce trends technologies and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices in ecommerce design and optimization.
  • Experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and drive change through innovation and continuous improvement.
