Job Title: Ecommerce Manager

Stay updated on social media trends and assist in creating content aligned with our brand.

Possess indepth knowledge of our products to facilitate content ideation and provide timely product details.

Understand the workings of search engine campaigns to effectively scale campaigns and provide feedback on performance.

Handle all social media accounts and pages including Instagram Facebook LinkedIn etc.

Manage Google pages and oversee Google AdWords campaigns including running ads monitoring performance and optimizing ad content.

Utilize expertise in running and executing Google and social media ads to drive engagement and conversions.

Develop monthly calendars for social media posts reels and other content to maintain a consistent online presence.

Prioritize customer care by coordinating firstlevel responses to social media inquiries and website abandoned carts ensuring a positive user experience.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Previous experience in luxury brands is preferred and will be an added advantage.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on ecommerce and social media management.

Strong understanding of social media platforms Google AdWords and search engine optimization techniques.

Proficiency in analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and drive datadriven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
