Overview:


The ECom Manager plays a critical role in driving the ecommerce strategy and managing the online sales channels for the organization. This role is essential for optimizing the online customer experience and increasing digital sales revenue. The ECom Manager is responsible for developing and implementing ecommerce initiatives managing the online product catalog analyzing customer behavior and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement the ecommerce strategy to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage the online product catalog including product listings descriptions and images.
  • Analyze customer behavior and website traffic to optimize the online shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute online promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ecommerce sales and customer engagement.
  • Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) to drive organic traffic and improve visibility.
  • Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance the ecommerce platform.
  • Manage relationships with thirdparty ecommerce partners and platforms.
  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure the stability and security of the ecommerce platform.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the ecommerce team fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including supply chain customer service and finance to ensure seamless online order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in ecommerce management including online sales strategies and digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated understanding of ecommerce platforms content management systems and online analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and strategies to improve online visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive ecommerce decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to manage relationships with ecommerce partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing online product catalogs and optimizing product listings for online sales.
  • Knowledge of web technologies and mobile optimization to enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Proven track record of driving online sales growth and achieving ecommerce revenue targets.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
  • Experience in team leadership and mentorship fostering a collaborative and innovative ecommerce team culture.
