About Client:

A leading Manufacturing Conglomerate

Job Responsibilities:

• Finalization Standalone and consolidation financials
• Well versed in IND AS and Schedule III disclosures requirements.
• Investments/Asset Impairment Assessments and Assessments of Manufacturing unit
• Liase with Statutory Auditors for completion of Limited Reviews Interim and statutory audits.
• Handling of IFC and Internal Audits and finalization of Reports
• Preparation of Board/AGM Reports.
• Overseas subsidiaries accounts and consolidation with Indian Entity
• Working with Tax authorities handled Transfer price audits income tax assessments
• Evaluation Investment opportunities.
• Investor presentations

Candidate Requirement:

• CA with 15 years of post qualification experience
• Working in the Corporate Accounts funcations of large Listed manufacturing/ fmcg or consumer durable organization
