As a Duty Manager youll be responsible for poolside operations ensuring the smooth functioning of the pool plant room galas and activities; as well as line manager to a brilliant team of life guards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily weekly and monthly pool plant operations tasks and checks.

• Take charge of daily weekly and monthly pool plant operations conducting necessary checks and tasks. Handle health & safety incidents accidents and safeguarding concerns reporting promptly and accurately

• Responsible for rota management and the ongoing recruitment and training for the lifeguards.

• Coordinate events and activities delivering memorable experiences for all.

• Provide support and leadership across other departments including sales reception and the gym.

Requirements:

• Must have Pool Plant Operator and NPLQ certification

• Management or supervisory experience

• Good knowledge of wet side operations
