Tasks

• Communicate effectively with Dutch players prioritizing satisfaction and professionalism.
• Adapt swiftly to a fastpaced environment multitasking efficiently as part of a team.
• Participate in various training modules covering Casino Sportsbook AML & RGL etc.

Requirements

• EU passport holder
• Nativelevel fluency in Dutch and English.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated empathy and professionalism in customer interactions.
• Willingness to learn and thrive in a dynamic industry.
