DTC Graphic Designer

We are a company that sells products directly to customers online. We are growing quickly and need a Graphic Designer to join our team. Our marketing team has spent over $20M on ads on Meta and Google gaining a lot of insight into effective creative strategies.

Who We Are Looking For:

Graphic Designer with a passion for creativity and a desire to grow into the role of a Creative Strategist.

Tasks

• Work on making performance driven ads for Meta and Google.
• Study our products and find out what customers think about them.
• Look at what our competitors are doing and what products they offer.
• Read customer reviews to get ideas for improvement.
• Check our Meta and Google accounts to see whats working and whats not.
• Come up with new marketing ideas and ways to talk about our products.

Requirements

• Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio.
• Experience with Figma.
• The ability to make research think like a customer and translate insights into ads.
• An interest in performance marketing and advertising ready to learn and adapt.
• A big interest in new AI tools that help make creating ads easier and better.
• A proactive mindset.
