Hiring DSM Powder Coating for one of the leading paint manufacturer in India
Job Title: DSM
Role Type : Team Handling
Function :Auto GI & Powder
Territory Location: PAN India
Base Location : Any Metro City in India
He/she would :
1.Meet budgeted sales or exceed in line with customer plan.
2.Influence and affect action from Manufacturing Research &
Development and QA for resolution of technical issues.
3.Develops and enhances skill of the sales personnel through identifying
and creating learning opportunities.
4.Analyze and present trends and patterns on customer production plan.
5.Implement and review systems of control and review at customer site
for example database generation information management.
6.Build and develop relationship with the customer user department in the
region through regular meetings.
7.Plan and schedule VA/VE activities at the customer site while
collaborating with Research & Development and Onsite technical
team.
8.Maintain and improve market share at customer place. Provide input on
competitor activities and monitor customer strategic plans.
9.To conduct track and execute complete NPD process from lead
generation to APQP to product delivery to ensure utmost customer
satisfaction.
Requirements
Apply only from Architectural Powder Coating
Team handling experience is mandatory.
Educational Qualification: M.Tech / B.E. / B Tech ( Chemical / Paint / Polymer/ Mechanical / Civil ) / M.SC/ B.Sc Desired Candidature: Background in Sales / Business Development for Protective Coating, Industrial Paints, Industrial Coating, Industrial Chemicals, MRO, Anti Corrossive products with minimum experience of 5 years. Working on approvals for products with clients, consultants, Government bodies and corporates. Experience in OEM handling , Auto ancillaries , Pharmaceutical/ Food-beverage will be advantageous.
