Start Date: 4/15/2024
Anticipated schedule: Monday Friday 7 AM to 3:30 PM with occasional Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
Reports to: OTP Director
Starting pay range: $34.50 to $38/hour/$71760.00 to $79040.00 DOE.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Patient Care:
- Complete intake admission discharge and transfer paperwork.
- Document patient progress through counseling and group interactions.
- Conduct individual group and family counseling sessions.
- Educate patients on all aspects of treatment related health issues and steps to recovery.
- Assist in monitoring patient activities on center premises.
- Report patient abuse neglect and exploitation.
- Report patient grievances.
Treatment Planning:
- Develop psychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans.
- Identify and address clinical and case management needs.
Compliance & Confidentiality:
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain proper licensure and certifications.
- Participate in preparation for surveys and inspections.
Professionalism & Teamwork:
- Attend staff meetings.
- Comply with local state and federal regulations.
- Act in the best interests of the program and company.
- Participate in community relations activities.
- Work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Other Duties:
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION (Nurse Practioner Position)
Experience:
- One year of experience as a registered nurse is preferred.
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred
- Experience in the substance abuse field is preferred
Knowledge/Abilities/Skills:
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask prioritize and be dependable and reliable
- Organized and resourceful selfstarter; strong ability to work in a team.
- Interest in and motivated to work closely with community resources on the patients behalf.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities due to the nature of liaison work on interdisciplinary teams.
