Domain Architect

Role:
In your role as an architect it would be beneficial to have experience working within a financial institution interpreting regulatory requirements for IT infrastructure architecture. The ability to comprehend complex structural requirements and translate them into actionable steps is a fundamental aspect of the role. Interpersonal leadership skills will enable you to motivate stakeholders from different disciplines with different perspectives. You will find ways to promote collaboration leading to consensus and progress towards common goals. It is also desirable that you have experience with various project management methods supporting your structured approach to change management. Being comfortable delivering in an agile context will contribute to your success in the position.

Some of the assignment duties:

• Understand and visualize complex cross processes
• Being comfortable to handle higher management
• Be structured in your work
• Support and cooperate with architect community
• Facilitate Workshops

Essential requirements:

• You possess comprehensive understanding of the operation of IT infrastructure and the regulatory frameworks impact on such operations
• You should be able to lead highly specialized people
• Be able to navigate and balance differences and perspectives on the matter at hand
• Create relevant contact within the organization to ensure both progress and commitment
• Speak and writes Swedish and English
