Qualifications:
Bachelors degree of any 4year course
At least 1 year of working experience in a fastpaced industry such as Commissary Distribution and Warehousing
At least 1 year working experience as Document Controller Document Control Assistant or Admin Assistant or any related field
At least 1 year working experience as Invoicing Clerk/ Specialist Accounting Assistant or any related field
Candidate must be willing to work in Sandoval Ave. Pasig
Responsibilities:
Creates systems to manage documents
Ensure that all documents are up to date
Conducts company audits to ensure documents are being followed
Develop procedures so that they are standardized
Ability to communicate with the team
Can work independently without supervision
Ability to follow procedures exactly
Detailoriented
Can generate and review billing documents including invoices credit memos and purchase orders
Ensures accuracy and sending invoices to clients
Calculating and applying financial details such as credit terms charges discounts and costs of goods on the relevant documents
Draft invoice accordingly
Microsoft office suite skills
