Distribution Coordinator

1. Order Management:
   1. Process and manage channel PO ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
   2. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to optimize order fulfillment.
   3. Primary and secondary stock planning.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
   1. Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and key accounts.
   2. Address customer inquiries concerns and provide exceptional service.
3. Sales Support:
   1. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.
   2. Provide sales forecasts and analyze sales data to identify trends Opportunities & MIS.
4. Inventory Management:
   1. Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
   2. Work closely with channel team and warehouse teams to optimize inventory levels.
5. Logistics Coordination:
   1. Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure ontime deliveries.
   2. Resolve any transportation or distribution issues that may arise.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
   1. Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales transactions customer interactions and inventory levels.
   2. Generate regular reports on sales performance and key metrics.
   3. Inventory Flow adherence.
7. Market Research:
   1. Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market conditions.
   2. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements :

• Proven experience in sales coordination distribution or a related role within the food industry preferably in frozen desserts.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales management software.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes is a plus.
• Experience of 6/ 8 years in Logistics & SCM.
